Check for iSales TicketExpress app running in the system tray. Looks Like a shopping cart.
Make sure there is only one shopping cart. Click on one to exist if there is more than one.
If using a Chrome Browser make sure local network access is ALLOWED.
When you click on Connect Ticket Express from fulfillment it will ask for local network access for www.isalessite.com. Click ALLOW.
If you click BLOCK by mistake follow the following directions to correct.
Click on the 3 verticale buttons in the upper right hand corner of chrome
Click on Settings
Select Privacy and Security
Select Site Settings
Look for www.isalessite.com and click on it to select.
Scroll to the bottom and change Local network Access to "ALLOW"
Go back to Fulfillment and connect to ticket express.
