RentalExpress - The wrong product comes up when I scan?

Most likely you have two products mapped to the same code.    

Bring up the products by searching by Map# in AXS Central/Product Maintenance/Stock Tab

Double click on the old item

Click on the Map tab

Click on the map# you want to delete

Press the keyboard Delete key.

Answer Yes

Do another search on the map# and only one should come up.
